Before joining APS, Hiromi built a distinguished career spanning more than a decade in diplomacy and international communications. At the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, she oversaw high-profile media engagements for the U.S. Ambassador and senior American officials, supporting strategic public affairs initiatives. Most recently, she served as Political Consul at the Consulate-General of Japan in Los Angeles, where she cultivated trusted relationships with U.S. political offices and provided in-depth analysis of American politics.
Hiromi holds a Master of International Affairs (MIA) from the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor’s degree from Osaka University of Foreign Studies.
